For orders within Kano metropolis, we offer same-day delivery if ordered before 2 PM. Orders placed after 2 PM are delivered the next morning. Express delivery (within 2 hours) is available at checkout for select locations.

We accept all major Nigerian debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Verve), Bank Transfers, and USSD. We also support Pay on Delivery (POS only) for verified customers in Kano.

You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they remain sealed and in original packaging. Perishable goods (food, groceries) must be checked upon delivery and returned immediately with the rider if there are issues.

Currently, our express grocery delivery is exclusive to Kano. However, for non-perishable "ChapChap Mall" items, we offer nationwide delivery via logistics partners (3-5 business days).

Yes, you can manage multiple addresses in your Profile > Addresses section. You can set a default address for faster checkout. Note: You cannot change the address for an order that is already "Out for Delivery".
