Currently, our ultra-fast 10 to 20-minute delivery is active in Kano City areas (Gwale, Tarauni, Nassarawa, Fagge, Dala, Kano Municipal). We also offer standard 2-3 days shipping across all other states in Nigeria.

For instant delivery orders in Kano, delivery takes between 10 to 20 minutes from the time your order is confirmed. Standard nationwide shipping orders are delivered within 48 to 72 hours.

We support secure card payments (via Paystack and Monnify), bank transfers, and USSD transfers. All transaction processing is encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.

To ensure fast and contactless deliveries, we require pre-payment during checkout. Your payment is held securely in escrow and only released to the vendor once you confirm receipt of your items.

We offer a 24-hour return policy for eligible items if they are delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please open a return request from your Profile -> Orders page to initiate the process.

You can sign up by visiting our Become Vendor page and filling out the onboarding form. Once verified, you'll get access to your Vendor Dashboard to list products and manage orders.

Go to the Become Rider page and submit your application. You will need a valid driver's license or bike registration, a smartphone, and to pass a background check.
