Delivery fees are calculated based on your location, order value, and delivery speed. Free delivery may be offered for orders above a certain threshold or during promotional periods.
We strive for ultra-fast delivery within minutes to hours, depending on your location and product availability. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
We currently serve Kano City and surrounding areas. Delivery availability is subject to your location.
We accept returns for the following reasons:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method or ChapChap wallet. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
You agree NOT to:
Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission
Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Engage in price manipulation, fake reviews, or other deceptive practices
Violation of these terms may result in: Account suspension or termination, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and trademarks, is the property of ChapChap or its licensors and is protected by Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.
You may submit reviews, ratings, feedback, and other content ("User Content") on the Platform. By submitting User Content, you grant ChapChap a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for promotional and operational purposes.
You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and complies with these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate.
THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAPCHAP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to ChapChap in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₦10,000, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChapChap and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@chapchap.com.ng.ng to seek an amicable resolution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of Nigeria, before resorting to litigation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., indemnification, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChapChap regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
